Booking Policy & Terms Booking & Payment Availability is confirmed after your enquiry. Payment is required in full to secure the session time. Cancellations & Refunds 48+ hours’ notice: Full refund or free reschedule. 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund or one reschedule. Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund. Arrival & Late Policy Please arrive in time. Late arrivals shorten your session but full payment still applies. Health & Safety Not suitable for clients with unmanaged epilepsy, severe tinnitus, certain cardiac devices, or acute mental health crises. Please disclose relevant conditions beforehand. This service is complementary wellbeing support, not a substitute for medical care. Environment & Comfort You will be asked to remove shoes and lie down for 30 minutes. Bolsters and cushions are provided for extra comfort, particularly for those who experience back pain lying down.
