Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy & Terms Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. A confirmation email will include Zoom details and any preparation guidelines. Cancellations & Refunds 48+ hours’ notice: Full refund or free rescheduling. 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund or one reschedule. Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund; rescheduling requires a new booking. Technology Requirements Please join from a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection. Technical issues on the client’s side cannot be refunded. Late Arrivals Sessions end at the scheduled time. Late arrival reduces your session length. Health & Safety This service is a therapeutic wellness modality, not medical treatment. Contraindicated for: unmanaged epilepsy, implanted electronic devices, or severe sound sensitivity conditions. Inform the practitioner of relevant health concerns before the session. Client Responsibility You are responsible for ensuring your comfort and privacy during the session (e.g., headphones, warm layers, water, lying surface).
