Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy & Terms Purpose This session is a voluntary research interview supporting the development of a women’s wellbeing product. It is not therapy, coaching, or medical advice. What the Session Involves A relaxed 40–60 minute Zoom conversation exploring your experiences of stress, overwhelm, and wellbeing. You choose what you share, and no preparation is required. Voluntary Participation Participation is entirely voluntary. You may skip questions, pause, or end the interview at any time without consequence. Confidentiality & Use of Information Personal details remain confidential. Anonymised notes or insights may be used for product development and internal planning, but you will not be personally identifiable. If you prefer complete anonymity, just let us know. Data Protection Only minimal information is collected. Data is securely stored and accessed solely by the project lead. You may request the deletion of your data at any time: hello@surissia.com. This research follows GDPR principles. Emotional Safety While wellbeing topics may arise, this is not a therapeutic or clinical session. Please seek appropriate professional support if needed. You may pause or stop the conversation if anything feels uncomfortable. Eligibility Participants must be 25 years or older. Rescheduling & Cancellation You may cancel or reschedule at any time. If possible, please give at least 12 hours’ notice. Recording Interviews are recorded. Recordings are used solely for research and can be deleted upon request. If you do not consent to recording, the interview will not be conducted. Compensation Participation is unpaid unless otherwise stated. Any thank-you gift is optional and discretionary. Right to Decline or End Sessions The interviewer may decline a booking or end a session early if it is unsuitable for the research scope or if behaviour becomes inappropriate. Disclaimer This interview is for research only. It does not replace medical, therapeutic, or crisis support. You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after the session.
